This receiver is designed to feed the distillate from condensers into the receiving vessels. It features a side-arm, fitted with a plastic screwthread tubing connector, that can be connected to a vacuum supply.

The vacuum receiving tube is an industrial device mainly used as a connecting tube in a distillation apparatus. The shape is similar to that of the receiving tube. The upper part of the tail plug has a suction branch pipe, and is connected with a vacuum pump by a hose for suction and decompression. Commonly used are 19#, 24#, there are also 14#, 29#, there are two roads, there are also three or more roads.
