distilling flask is a glass container for liquid distillation or fractionation of a substance. It is often used in conjunction with a condenser , a liquid pipe, and a liquid adapter.
The retort has a side tube for connecting the subsequent condensing tube . To measure the temperature at the time of distillation, a holed rubber stopper can be inserted into the opening of the straight tube, and a thermometer can be added to measure the temperature at which the reaction is refluxed or distilled.
